It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Susan (Thompson) Jackson (Newmarket, Ontario), who passed away on November 25, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Scott; and her parents, Katherine Thompson and Kelvin Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence (Larry); her daughters, Elisabeth (Michael) and Hannah (Alexander); her grandchildren, Matthew, Emma, William and Brooke; her brother Ken (Gale); and her in-laws, James (Nancy), Anne (Al) and Edward (Cathy). She is also survived by her nephew and nieces.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Taylor Funeral Home (524 Davis Dr, Newmarket, ON L3Y2P3). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
