With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lenore Kolas (Newmarket, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Lenore left this world on August 6, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Janet French and James French; and her brother William John French. She is survived by: her daughters, Nadine and Loni (Stephen); her siblings, Millicent Bateman (late George), Betty Kivinen (late Brian) and James French; her siblings' children, Janet, Danielle, Craig, Melissa, Andrew, Kimberly, Jessica, Cassey and Tiffany; and her husband Steve.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home (157 Main St S, Newmarket, ON L3Y3Y9). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home - Playter Chapel (157 Main St S, Newmarket, ON L3Y3Y9).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Ottawa Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
