It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Claffey (Newmarket, Ontario), who passed away on June 30, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Corrine LeCollier (Jason Alger) and Michael Claffey; her stepgrandchildren, Trista Alger and Zach Brennan; her mother June Swindle; and her siblings, Nancy Chow (Gord), Stephen Swindle (Connie) and Dave Blocksidge.
In lieu of flowers or cards, the family requests a donation to the Canadian Cancer Foundation or to Margaret Bahen Hospice in Newmarket, where she spent her final 2 weeks.
