Maria Scheepers Obituary

We bid farewell to Maria Scheepers (Newmarket, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 24, 2025 at the age of 97. Maria touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her son Chuck. She is survived by: her husband Charles; her children, Murray, Theodore (Ella), Mary, Ron (Cathy), Gary (Evelyn), Diane (Randy), Dorothy (Doug) and Joe (Michelle); her grandchildren, Lisa (Chris), Luke, Laura, Samantha, Mary, Travis (Stephanie), Tyler (Rebecca), Stephanie (Evan), Daniel (Kristin), Kirsten (Kevin), Brock, Bailey, Kaden, Trinity, Emerson, Holden and Charlotte; Charles.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John Chrysostom Church (432 Ontario St, Newmarket, ON L3Y2K4). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Chrysostom Parish (432 Ontario St, Newmarket, ON L3Y2K4).

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to Diabetes Canada.
