She was predeceased by: her nephew Stuart Coxe; her great-nephew Anthony; her great-niece Erica; and her niece Martha Coxe. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Williams Legate; her daughters, Jan and Cathy Shearson (Kerry Doherty); her stepdaughters, Karen Koszo and Amy Cirelli; her grandchildren, Robert Phillips, Keeley Simpson (Will), Michelle Phillips and Kassidy Doherty; her great grandchildren, Connor, Charlotte, Keira and Caroline; and her brother Don Coxe (late Judy).
