She was predeceased by: her husband Bruce "Boogie" Webster. She is survived by: her children, Lynne Etherington, Jane Lawson, Laurie Sacerty and Thomas Webster; and her brother Ross Kapasky. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Family would appreciate donations to The Canadian Cancer Society or Alzheimers Society to honour Phoosie and Boogie.
