Rocco Palumbo Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rocco Palumbo (Newmarket, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 23, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Rocco leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Rocco may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He is survived by: his wife Amelia; his children, Mark and Laura; his grandchildren, Matteo and Maya; and his children-in-law, Giovanna and Jamie.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Taylor Funeral Home (524 Davis Dr, Newmarket, ON L3Y2P3).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Sunnybrook Hospital's highest priority needs in memory of Rocco and in gratitude for the exceptional care he received.
