We bid farewell to Salim Jouaneh of Newmarket, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 18, 2024 at the age of 88. Salim touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his spouse Laila Habash (Jouaneh); his children, Issa Jouaneh (Veronica), Louay Jouaneh and Samer Jouaneh (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jedo, Nadia, Lila, Kate, Salim, Alina, Noah, Lana and Will; and his parents, Issa Jeries Jouaneh and Hortence Dahood Abu-Eledam.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home - Playter Chapel (157 Main St S, Newmarket, ON L3Y3Y9). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at the Aurora Cemetery (1453 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M4T1Z2).
