It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stephen John Brueton (Newmarket, Ontario), who passed away on October 6, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Stephen leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda Brueton; his children, Kyle Brueton (Carissa) and Laurie Caron (Andre); and his grandchildren, Kingston and Brooklynn.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Taylor Funeral Home (524 Davis Dr, Newmarket, ON L3Y2P3).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, the Canadian Cancer Society, or the Terry Fox Foundation in Stephen's honour.
