It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Valerie Elaine Woods (Newmarket, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 77, on April 15, 2024. She was predeceased by : her parents, Stanley Corey and Florence Corey; and her husband Charles. She is survived by : her children, Kristal (Brian McDonald), Corey (Lauren) and Charlie (Shannon Kehoe); her grandchildren, Karmin, Mack, Hayden, Ashton and Sierra; her siblings, Joanne, Barbara (Greg), Midge, Stanley, Randy and Don; and her nieces and nephews, Kim, Micheala, Dan, Andrew, Mitchell and Kentucky Family'.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Taylor Funeral Home (524 Davis Dr, Newmarket, ON L3Y2P3). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
