He was predeceased by : his mother Mary Wannamaker; and his nephew Adam Jukes. He is survived by : his siblings, JoAnn Jukes (Tim) and Rick Wannamaker (Marie); his father Bill Wannamaker; his nieces and nephews, Melissa Jukes, Kim Grant (Peter) and Katelyn Wannamaker; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mackehah Kelly, Loghan LeClerc, Jaycee Jukes and Brodie Jukes.

Memorial donations to Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated.
