She was predeceased by : her husband Umberto Formica; her son Tony; her son-in-law Stan Cowal; her brother Bernardo Dell (late Annetta); and her brothers-in-law, Elio, Gherardo and Antonio Formica (late Caterina).

She is survived by : her children, Aldo Formica (Mary Ruth), Marisa Mascioli (Lou), Mario Formica (Debbie) and Lucy Cowal; and her siblings-in-law, Giuliana Formica and Marianna Formica. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Respecting the restrictions of COVID-19, a private visitation and Funeral Service have been arranged with the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, with interment following at Fairview Cemetery.
