Antonio Chiarella Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Antonio Chiarella (Niagara Falls, Ontario), who passed away on May 23, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Antonio Chiarella to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luigi Chiarella and Rosa Chiarella; his siblings, Maria Chiarella, Giuseppina Facciolo (Franco), Saverio Chiarella, Stella Trapasso (Angelo), Teresa Pascente (Saverio), Domenic Chiarella (Savina) and Tommaso Chiarella; and his brother-in-law Alberto Mete.
He is survived by: his wife Gina; his children, Rosanne Hamel (Gary), Jennifer Lanese (Joseph), Luigi Chiarella (Carmel) of Italy's Euro Cup and Bruno Chiarella; his grandchildren, Christina Lepiane (John Paul), Michael Hamel, Alyssa Lemire (Blake), Marlaina Stifano (Anthony), Brandon Lanese (Alyssandra McFadden) and Sabrina Chiarella; his sister Ida Mete; and his sister-in-law Barbara Chiarella. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Patterson Funeral Home (6062 Main St, Niagara Falls, ON L2G5Z9). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of the Scapular Church (6557 Thorold Stone Rd, Niagara Falls, ON L2J1B2). An entombment will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at the same location.
In memory of Nino, memorial contributions may be made to Hamilton Health Sciences or Our Lady of the Scapular Church and would be appreciated.
