She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant Bennett and Ethel Bennett (McQuillan); her husband Chuck; her son Rick; her son-in-law Richard Benoit; and her brothers, Donald (Faye) and Robert Bennett (June).
She is survived by: her daughter Carol Ann Benoit (Caesar Condino); her grandchildren, Heather Leslie Kohnle, Eric Kohnle and Kai Somerville (Sudeep Sanyal); and her great grandchildren, Brianna, Leif Leslie and Ayana Sanyal.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hetherington & Deans Funeral Chapel (5176 Victoria Ave, Niagara Falls, ON L2E4E3). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the same location.
In memory of Barbara, donations may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, the Alzheimer Society or charity of one's choice.
