He is survived by: his spouse Lonnie Lang (Jorgensen); his children, Glen (Trish Matthews) and Lynn Phillips (Drew); his grandchildren, Owen, Charlotte, Ethan, Reese and Blake; and his siblings, Linda Ramsbottom (Ted) and Gail Jackson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“Sorry to hear of barry's passing. I have many wonderful memories of great times together, especially when i was a kid. Barry was my favourite cousin and i thought of him as a big brother - he was so much fun to be around. He was much loved by my parents, hazel and jack cunningham, and of course grandma lang - everyone knew he was her favourite.
