He was predeceased by: his parents, Dudley and Phyllis; and his mother-in-law Sharon. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his sons, Geoffrey (Julia), Evan and Blair; his sister Barb Eddy (Morris); his aunt Hazel Appleton; his father-in-law Jim Collee (Rita); and his caregiver Alex. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews & nieces.
