She was predeceased by : her brother Ryan Hunter; her grandparents, Renate and Bob Lair; her sister-in-law Angel McCallum; and her father-in-law Ernest Simon Sr..

She is survived by : her husband John Simon; and her cousins, Shannon Caesar-Gizzie (Josh) and Daniel Caesar (Kaitlyn).
