Dave Smith Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 1, 2021, at the age of 72, Dave Smith (Niagara Falls, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dave Smith to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Smith and Ann Smith; his brother Tom Carruthers; his brothers-in-law, Vince Vadacchino and Bert Gahn; his stepmother Margaret Carruthers-Smith; and his aunt Kay.

He is survived by: his wife Barb Gahn; his children, Evan Smith, Matthew GahnSmith and Kelsey GahnSmith; his siblings, Bonnie Vadacchino and Clyde Carruthers (Rose); his brother-in-law Brian Gahn; Betty Smith. He is also survived by his cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Respecting the government restrictions of COVID-19, cremation followed by a private Funeral Service have been arranged with the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls.

In memory of Dave, donations to The Niagara Health Foundation (Walker Family Cancer Center) would be appreciated by his family.
