He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell McDowell and Macel McDowell. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughter Jennifer McDowell (Bryan Keenan); and his pet Lily. He is also survived by his extended family, including a sister, brothers-and sisters-in law, and generations of nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Dave's genuine generosity, memorial donations directed to Ozanam Centre (St. Catharines' soup kitchen) would be most appreciated by the family.
