He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Mary Manion; his parents, Fonzie Edmund Manion and Janet Ann Manion; and his siblings, Betty McMullen, Peggy Jacobsen, Shirley McKinnon, Bill Manion and Marion "Marn" Loyst.

He is survived by: his children, Jeff Manion (Brenda), Cathie Webb (Daryl Harnett) and Karen Manion; and his grandchildren, Melissa Manion (Adam), Melanie Newell (Justin), Michelle Parks (Jesse), Brandon Webb and Justin Webb (Jackie).
