With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doreen Letitia Wallace (Niagara Falls, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 9, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James; her son Chuck Hicks; her parents, Charles Swain and Florence Swain; and her siblings, Norman Swain (Jean) and Dorothy Hand (Edward).
She is survived by: her children, Doug Hicks (Sue), Gaylene Archibald (Burke), Michael Wallace (Karen) and Scott Wallace; her grandchildren, Ian Jane (Alison), Sandra Martin (Don), Tim Hicks (Amanda), Eric Hicks (Jenn), Krista Phillips (Greg) and Brian Archibald (Katie); and her great grandchildren, Audra, Deklen, Justin, Logan, Carter, Annaleigh, Jackson, Patrick, Brenden and James. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In memory of Doreen, memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Forest and would be appreciated by the family.
