It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Chappell (Niagara Falls, Ontario), who passed away on December 3, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Christopher (Patricia) and Lori Scarborough (Matt); and his grandsons, Derrick (Renee Gratton), Sean and Ryan.
