He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sullivan and Laura Sullivan; his brother Robert Sullivan (Annie); and his siblings-in-law, Anna Yochim (Earl) and Carmen Pascuzzi.
He is survived by: his wife Frances; his family, Louisa Johnstone (Greg), Rosanne Pietrangelo (John) and Tom Bernardi; his grandchildren, Jonathan Pietrangelo (Ashley), Melissa Janssen (Kyle), Jessica Gillies (Kevin), Vanessa Rizzi (Tony), Victoria Palmer (Brad), Brandon and Evangelene Bernardi; his great grandchildren, Peyton, Hudson, Presley, Emerson, Maximus, Beckham, Gracie, Harper, Livy, Mason, Bennett and Luca; his brothers-in-law, Sonny Pascuzzi (Jane) and Vince Pascuzzi (Diane); and his close friend John Stranges (Josie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Patterson Funeral Home (6062 Main St, Niagara Falls, ON L2G5Z9).
In memory of Doug memorial contributions may be made to Niagara Health Foundation (Walker Family Cancer Center) and would be appreciated by the family.
