He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Frey and Adolf Frey; and his daughter Irene Frey. He is survived by: his siblings, Arthur of Germany, Waldemar of Germany, Christa Haake of Germany and Hugo Frey of Germany; his wife Rosa; his daughter Gisela Ferguson (Bob); and his grandchildren, Bryan (Lauren), Shawn (Lisa) and Tyler Ferguson.
