He is survived by: his spouse Jinny; his children, Pamela Bateman (Jon), Krystal Bateman (Kyle Earle) and Keira Earle; his father-in-law Patrick Shavalier; his brother-in-law Rusty Shavalier; his wife Marlyne Shavalier; his sister-in-law April Shavalier; his son Patrick Shavalier; his friends, Bill Lear and Wanda Lear; and also Ashley Shavalier. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
