He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Menard and Maryanne Menard; his siblings, Nelson Menard (late Rachel), Eugene Menard (late Rosalie), Rene Menard (late Blanche), Roland Menard, Leo Menard and Annie Leblanc (late Henry); and his in-laws, Ray Donnelly (Joyce), Vern Donnelly (Marcelle), Vern Chapman and Arlene Dafoe (Mort).

He is survived by: his wife Doreen Menard; his children, Dan Menard, Dave Menard (Valerie), Larry Menard (Shari) and Judi Menard; and his siblings-in-law, Brian Donnelly (Sandra), Doris Chapman (late Vern) and Patricia Menard. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
