He was predeceased by: his wife Cynthia. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Small (Marines) and Karyn Jolley-Korman (Don); his grandchildren, Jessica Jolley (Tylor), Jamie Jolley (Catherine), Giordana Small (Cale), Alex Small (Theresa), Igor Machado (Natalia), Ila Digout (Zack) and Matheus Machado; his great grandchildren, Aria Jolley, Benjamin Jolley and Lucan Digout; and his sister-in-law Mary Giacometti.
