She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer Tubbe; her grandson Thomas Elmer John 'TJ'; and her siblings, Katherine, Clarence and Arthur.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Tubbe (late Susan), Clifford Tubbe (Rosalynn) and Judith Rapp (Tom); her grandchildren, Karl, Madeleine, Jacqueleine, Katharine, Matthew, Christopher, Daniel, Christina, Stephanie and Elizabeth; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Brittany, Bret, Jessica, Jacob, Charlotte, Grahm, Benjamin, Isabella, Luke, Ava, Grace, Joel, Gwendolyn, Griffen, Jack, Abigail, Alexander, Julia, Emmett, Sonnet and Henson; and her great great grandchild Levi.
In memory of Mrs. Bedard, memorial contributions may be made to The Niagara Health Foundation (Walker Family Cancer Center), and would be appreciated.
