She was predeceased by: her husband Wladyslaw. She is survived by: her children, Roman Wozniak (Renata) and Ryszard Wozniak (Elzbieta); and her grandchildren, Tomasz Wozniak (Haley Labell), Michal Wozniak, Sylwia Szymoniak (Krzysztof) and Katarzyna Slusarczyk (Pawel). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
