It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jans Kruidhof (Niagara Falls, Ontario), who passed away on October 5, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Jans departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Jans. Though Jans may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth (Bets). He is survived by: his children, Joann Breimer (Ed), Henry, Lisa Grady (Kipp) and Diana Wiens (Ted). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heatherington & Deans Funeral Chapel (5176 Victoria Ave, Niagara Falls, ON L2E4E3). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. David's Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Faith Christian Reformed Church (4878 Jepson St, Niagara Falls, ON L2E1K1).
The family requests donations in lieu of flowers. Donations can be made to Faith Christian Reformed Church in Niagara Falls, or the Bridge Church in Niagara Falls.
