She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Cournoyea; her children, Wesley Cournoyea (Cathy), Tammy Mauro (Rob), Jim Cournoyea, Vicki Cournoyea Bain and David Cournoyea (Lydia); her parents, Andrew Bailey and Ila Bailey; her siblings, Andrew, Robert, Garnett and Debbie Bailey; her grandson Paul Mauro; and her son-in-law Ron Mauro.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, John Mauro (Renee), Michael Cournoyea, Jennifer Guitard (Dwayne), Blake Bain, Erica Kutev (Deian), Olivia Cournoyea, Joshua Cournoyea, Bailey Cournoyea, Delaney Cournoyea and Devon Cournoyea; her sister Linda McBurney (Sam); and her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jacob Guitard, Hayden, Morgan Mauro, Benjamin, Nicholas Cournoyea, Kalina Kutev and Knox Bonin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
