He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his son Jason Mallett; and his siblings, Linda Rotella, Mike Mallett (Sue), Betty Birtles (Steve), Susan Dickie (Reg) and Tom Mallett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
