He was predeceased by: his wife Gracia 'Jane'; his grandson Joseph Palmer; his sister Rosie Chance; and his brother-in-law Graham White. He is survived by: his sons, Steve Palmer (Shirley) and Brett Palmer; his grandchildren, Sueanne Gill (Jeff) and Brett Palmer; his great grandchildren, Britany Haine (Keith), Braksten Palmer and Noel Palmer; and his sisters, June Townsend (Sidney) and Eileen White. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
