It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Alsop (Niagara Falls, Ontario), who passed away on December 29, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Julia Alsop to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ron Alsop; and her parents, Christina DiBatista and Paul DiBatista. She is survived by: her siblings, Alec, Rosie, Kay, Lizzy, Connie, Polly and Sadie; her children, Fred Alsop, Tina Alsop and Ron Alsop (Shelley Alsop); her grandchildren, Lee Alsop (Marla Monteleone), Michael Alsop, Alexa Alsop (Brian Gomez) and Alysha Alsop; and her great grandchildren, Khloe, Leo, Ari, Benni, Isaac and Luna.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hetherington & Deans Funeral Chapel (5176 Victoria Ave, Niagara Falls, ON L2E4E3). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
