He is survived by: his wife Valerie Fulton; his stepchildren, Michael Kelly and Cash Kelly; his siblings, Paul Halladay (Claudette) of Calgary, Patti Empey (Richard), Linda Juras (Andy) and Frances Frechette (Marcel) of Niagara Falls; and his siblings-in-law, Terry (Bonnie), Dennis (Jovi), Ross Fulton (Dorothy), Laurie (Don) and Teresa (Kevin). He is also survived by 26 nieces and nephews.
