He was predeceased by: his parents, Addison Smith and Luciana Smith; and his brother-in-law Monty Raine. He is survived by: his sisters, Vicki Raine of Parkville, MO and Carol Howell (David) of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by five nephews and one niece.
