He was predeceased by: his grandchild Robert; his parents, Giuseppe Spadafora and Maria Spadafora; and also, Giovanni Belli and Elisabetta Belli.
He is survived by: his spouse Anna; his children, Josie Spadafora and Maria Gallo (Joe); his grandchildren, Adriana Perduhov (Iavor) and Giananthony Gallo; his sibling Elfino Spadafora (Anna); and his siblings-in-law, Peter Belli (Angela) and Carmen Belli (Filomena). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and dearly missed by his many close friends.
