He is survived by: his spouse Kathryn; his parent Donna Raphael; his siblings, James Raphael (Wendy) of Chicago and Marcy Raphael of San Diego; his brother-in-law Michael Handzuk (Denise); his nephew John; and his nieces, Kaitlin, Elizabeth and Rebecca.
