She was predeceased by: her husband Benito Nicolino Aurora; her son Antonio Aurora (Rose); her parents, Antonio Nero and Rosa Nero; and her siblings, Maria (late Nicola Vaccaro), Francesco Nero (Italia) and Gaetano Nero (late Maria).

She is survived by: her children, Rosina Lucia (Franco Cimino), Maria (late Giovanni Orlando), Pina (Nicola Raso), Alda Aurora, Angela (Vincent Piraino) and Florence (Gus Benevedes); and her sisters, Raffaela (late Mario Vescio), Diamonte (late Fiore Roperti) and Florence (Domenic Nero). She is also survived by grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Patterson Funeral Home (6062 Main St, Niagara Falls, ON L2G5Z9).
