We are sad to announce that, on December 31, 2021, at the age of 37, Sarah Poot (Niagara Falls, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Ben Poot and Michelle Poot; and her siblings, Kimberly Poot and Michael Poot. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Respecting the restrictions of COVID-19, including the requirements for PROOF OF VACCINATION, government-issued ID and face masks, friends are invited to join the family at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Wednesday January 5, 2022 from 12 to 1:30 pm.
