He was predeceased by: his wife Effie. He is survived by: his children, Lori Ruch (Kirk) and Ron Golchuk (Sandy); his grandchildren, Joel (Jessica), John Ryan (Tami), Joanna (Bevan), Julia (Joshua), Jessica (Dan) and Don (Melanie); and his sisters, Marlene and Kathryn. He is also survived by extended family, lifelong neighbours and friends.
In memory of Victor, donations may be made direct to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or Women's Place of South Niagara Inc. Arrangements entrusted to PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls.
