He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his sons, Greg Middleton (Rita) and Mark Middelton; his stepchildren, Barbara Lee and Ian Hannah; his grandchildren, Doctor Alexandra Lee, Mark Lee, Leigh Hannah and Jack Hannah; and also, David Lee and Doctor Barbara Bryer.
