He was predeceased by: his spouse Ruth Plumer (Blank); his sister Doris Hipwell; and also Jeanette Plumer (Braid). He is survived by: his children, Lynne, Matschke, Lee Normet (Tom), Kristen, Peters, Michael Plumer, Truda Howard (John) and Betty Paton (Chris); his friend Jack; his niece Jo-Anne Trousdale; and his nephew John Hipwell.
