He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Laurin and Germaine Laurin; and his wife Françoise Laurin. He is survived by: his children, Marc (Jeanette), Yves (Lynne), Sylvie Gaudette (Dwaine) and Dominique Kienapple (Robert); his grandchildren, Éric, André, Caitlynn, Angelica, Chantelle, Téfani, Raymika, Malcolm, Bronte and Parker; his great grandchildren, Greyson, Adèle, Blakely, Jade, Amélia, Marc, Lincoln and Mallard; and his siblings, Robert (Hélène), Yvonne Zammit (Al) and Denis.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Theoret-Bourgeois Funeral Home (119 King St, Sturgeon Falls, ON P2B1R2). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Sacré-Cœur Church (144 Main St, West Nipissing, ON P2B1Y6).
