He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Olsen and Ivy Olsen; his spouse Jean Olsen; his children, Elwood and Wanda; and his siblings, Dorothy (late Sy), Don (Shirley Surviving), Albert (late Patricia) and Raymond.

He is survived by : his children, Susan (Traci), Michael, Kevin (Lorraine), Carl (Lisa) and Lisa (Mike); and his siblings, Francis Montgomery (late Hugh), Fay Lajeunesse (late Murray) and Gary Olsen (Pam). He is also survived by his siblings, children and grandchildren.

Donations in memory of Leslie to the West Nipissing General Hospital Foundation (Cancer Unit) would be appreciated by his family.
