He is survived by: his significant other Debbie; his children, Haley, Michael (Connor) and Meaghan MacDonald (Josh); his grandchildren, Rowan, Peyton and Hunter; his sister Michelle; his sister-in-law Virgina; his niece Alexis; and his nephew Lee.
