She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Terry James Stokes; her sisters, Diana "Teddy" Hirschmann and Barbara Tait; her children, Sarah (Chris), Mary-Beth (Jacob) and Catherine (Brad); her bonus-childrens, Holly (J. P.) and Andrew (Shelby); her grandchildren, Alex, Harry, Tiberius, Jack, Emma, Quinn, Nika, Elizabeth, Sawyer, Liam and Ryleigh; and her adoptive parents, Douglas Tait and Elizabeth Tait.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the McKersie & Early Funeral Home (114 Main St E, Milton, ON L9T1N5).
