He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Brooks; and his siblings, Beth, Don and Bill. He is survived by: his children, Brett (Louise) of Ottawa, Jane Adlard (late Keith) of Russell, Laura Carmichael (Steven) of North Bay, Alan (Louise) of North Bay and David of Owen Sound. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
