He was predeceased by: his grandsons, Keith Couchie and Craig Major; and his siblings, Harry (Annie), James, Ephraim (Barbara), Wilfred (Margaret), George (Winnifred), Elizabeth (John Dokis), Irene (Moise Dupuis), Doreen (Willie Miller), Edward (Hilda), Nellie Langdon (James Langdon) and Helen (Francis Sarazin).
He is survived by: his wife June; his children, Jerry, Wayne Kodje (Josepha Marenco), Brenda (Michael Restoule), James Couchie (Catherine Mathias), Debrah (Steve Buchanan), Jolene (Mike McColeman), Cathy (Crystal Stevens), Fred Bellefeuille and Derek; his grandchildren, Robert Couchie, Daintre Christensen, Natasha Nicol, Treana Couchie-Chretien, Valerie Mamolliti, Holly Golabek, Stephen Penassé, Chris Penassé, Mario Vaughan, Jacqueline Vaughan, Steven Kodje, Kevin Restoule, Melissa Traucht, Emily Restoule, Brendan Huston, Tyson Dunlop, Christine Unger, James Unger, Jordan Unger, Megan Stevens, Kirah, Owen Head, Sparrow, Sage, Cree, Summer and Brooke Couchie; and his sister Josephine Doolittle (late Jack).
