He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Jenny Richmond; and his siblings, Iris and Matt. He is survived by: his wife Ann Lynn; his children, Ann Marie Richmond, Jackie Garlick (Dave), Michael Lynn (Darlene) and Kathleen Brownlee (Kilvie Horner); his grandchildren, Mandy Clark (Dave), Shannon Peters (Nic), Zack Lynn, Chelsea Lynn (Nick), Chris Garlick (Jess), Scotty Richmond, Samantha Brownlee (Trice) and Katelyn Brownlee (Devon); his great grandchildren, Cassidy Clark (Kyle), Alex Clark, Hayden Peters and Carter Peters; and his friend Minnie McDougall (late Bill). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, friends and family.

Donations in memory of Alex to the Nipissing Serenity Hospice would be gratefully acknowledge by his family.
